Just bought an iPhone 15. Kept my old number. Downloaded ID Mobile App. Obtained the PAC number. Provided PAC number. ID Mobile App says my old number has switched from another network.
However when i turn WiFi off and am out and about even with full signal bars I cannot connect to the mobile network and send and receive What’s App messages, use my Apps. So in short I can only use my phone with WiFi. Have done all the checks and followed advice but nothing. Also as part of process ID Mobile App said i would receive a text message confirming when ID Switch was complete but never received a text. My plan is unlimited data, minutes etc but as it stands cannot connect to my network and there are no network issues in my area.
