ID Mobile poor service… still!

Hi.
from south wales Bridgend. Has there a been any improvements with service since the Vodafone theee merge began?

I find there has not been any improvements and my service is still really poor.
any help would be appreciated

This made no help lol. Yes it says my postcode has benefitted from the recent network enhancements but really it hasn’t.
