iD Mobile Poor Signal – Customers Should Be Allowed to Exit Their Contracts

Numerous iD Mobile customers have complained about poor signal. Customer service repeatedly offers troubleshooting advice, but despite following these steps numerous times, the problem remains unresolved.

If iD Mobile cannot provide a reliable service, customers should be allowed to exit their contracts without penalty, receive a refund of any eligible upfront payment, and switch to another network.

Customers should not be trapped in contracts for a service that fails to meet their needs.

Have you experienced poor signal with iD Mobile? Please share your experience below. The more customers speak up, the harder it is to ignore this issue.

    Hi @blueberry77,

I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way.

If you've already raised a complaint about the issue, the best thing to do now is wait for the Complaints Team to complete their investigation and get back to you with their findings. They'll be able to review everything that's been raised and advise on any next steps available.

We appreciate that this has been frustrating for you, and we're sorry that your experience hasn't met your expectations.

    Regards,
