Hi everyone I need some help. I’m new to this forum.

over the last 2 weeks I’ve been struggling to make calls and receive calls. When I do a full reset it allows me to make a call but soon after revert back to the same old thing. My wife and daughter have the same ID and are the same. I know they have cut the 3G network now but not sure if that is the issue

we have the latest update and have iPhone 16 pro

any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi @Jasonmc

Have you tried doing a network reset?

Here are some steps on how to do so:

    1. Open Settings
    1. Tap General
    1. Scroll down and tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
    1. Tap Reset
    1. Choose Reset Network Settings
    1. Enter your passcode
    1. Confirm Reset Network Settings

    Hi @Berthatv ,

This issue is often related to network settings, SIM provisioning, or phone compatibility. Please try the following steps:

-Restart your phone – this can help reconnect to the network.

-Check your SIM – ensure it is correctly inserted and not damaged.

-Reset Network Settings – go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings (or the equivalent on your device).

-Manual network selection – try selecting your carrier manually via Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators.

If after these steps the issue persists, please let us know.

    Lamiya
