Inaccurate Data Allocation for my account

I haven't finished 15GB of data on my phone while having mobile data within 4 days of September I clearly have stats showing it's 4.27GB

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion with your data usage.

If your phone is showing 4.27GB used, it's possible that the figure you're seeing in your iD Mobile account relates to the amount of data that has been used rather than the amount remaining, or that the usage periods being compared don't match exactly.

As we can't view your account from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can review the data usage recorded on the network and explain the discrepancy.
