My Internet is not working. I've bought even bought add on data but it's still not working. What should I do?

A few quick things you can try that often fix this:

  • Turn Airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then switch it back off
  • Restart your phone
  • Make sure mobile data is turned on in your settings
  • Check your APN settings are correct (these control your data connection)
  • Try manually selecting the network in your phone settings instead of automatic
