โ€‹"My internet speed is terrible again. It was great for the last 3 weeks, but today it dropped significantly. This is happening everywhere, not just in one location. This is a mobile phone service, and I expect it to work across the country, not just at my home. At home, I use my own router and home broadband, so this issue is strictly about your mobile network performance. It feels like my connection was prioritized for 3 weeks and now it's being restricted again. Can you check why my speed is inconsistent and if there is a cap on my account?"

Hi โ€‹@Sebastian Sidyk.ย

ย

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about the inconsistent mobile speeds. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when your connection isnโ€™t performing as expected.

ย

To help resolve this, you can try resetting your network settings, which often fixes speed and connectivity issues:

For iPhone:

Go to Settings โ†’ Phone โ†’ My Number

Delete the old number, enter the new number, and tap Save

Go to Settings โ†’ Messages โ†’ Turn off iMessage

Go to General โ†’ Reset โ†’ Reset Network Settings

Once your iPhone restarts, go to Settings โ†’ Messages โ†’ Turn on iMessage (this will verify your SIM)

ย

For Android:

Open Settings โ†’ General Management

Tap Reset โ†’ Reset Network Settings
