internet speed very slow yesterday evening and again this evening

Thank you for your post. I’m sorry your internet has been so slow. Going from around 250 Mbps in the morning to 0.5 Mbps is frustrating, and I’d like to help work out what’s causing it.

If you’re using a physical SIM, try removing and reinserting it

If possible, try your SIM in another phone. This will help determine whether the issue lies with the handset or the SIM itself.
