Hello . My phone is saying the Ip address is isles of man I need to change it to the uk address

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    If your phone is showing an IP address in the Isle of Man, this isn't something that can be manually changed from your device. Your IP address is assigned automatically by the network you're connected to.

     

    We'd recommend trying the following:

    • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
    • Restart your phone.
    • Toggle Mobile Data off and back on.
    • If you're connected to Wi-Fi, restart your router or try a different Wi-Fi network.
    • If you're using a VPN, disable it, as this can change your apparent location.

     

    If you're still seeing an Isle of Man IP address after trying the above, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can investigate further.
