Good morning
I have no WiFi calling for the last month or so. I have reset network and tried updating carrier setting by visiting my local store and my WiFi calling still does not work.
My phone is a iPhone 16, ID carrier settings is 64.2.
the other issue is at home I have 0 signal so cannot make a phone call without WiFi calling.

Since you’ve already reset your network settings and updated carrier settings, this may be a device or account provisioning issue. I recommend:
Double-check that Wi-Fi Calling is enabled: Settings → Phone → Wi-Fi Calling.
Make sure your iPhone is on the latest iOS version.
