So when I call landlines the call connects we can have a conversation that lasts maybe 1to2 minutes before the other end starts saying...hello I can't hear you, your breaking up. At which point I have to hang up and borrow another phone to call them back. Ive had this with 3 different devices over 3 years now it's not the phones but I.d network..please help it's driving me insane. Plus it's not safe if I have a phone I can only call mobiles on ..if I ever need emergency services.

Hi @Rara83 ,

I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been, especially as it’s been ongoing for such a long time. I understand your concern, particularly around reliability and safety.

To help us investigate this properly, please try the following checks (if not already done):

Make sure Wi-Fi Calling is enabled in your phone settings (this can greatly improve call quality, especially for landline calls if indoor signal is weaker).

Check that VoLTE / 4G Calling is switched on.

If possible, test the SIM briefly in another unlocked phone in a different location (to confirm whether it’s area-related).

Let us know where this mainly happens (postcode and whether it’s indoors or outdoors).

Regarding emergencies:
Even if signal is limited, emergency calls (999/112) will connect to any available network, not just iD Mobile, so you would still be able to contact emergency services if needed.
