    Hi @Scottelliott123 ,

I’m really sorry to hear about the poor signal at Salford Hospital. Indoor coverage can sometimes be affected by building materials, even in areas marked as having “excellent” service.
If you have access to Wi-Fi, enabling Wi-Fi Calling can help improve call quality. You can also try restarting your phone, checking for carrier updates, or moving closer to windows if possible.

You can also, check for network issues: Use the iD Mobile Coverage Checker or Status Checker to see if there are any known issues in your area.

@Scottelliott123  We understand the importance of having a network service, no network can fully guarantee coverage within a build. Some building do have repeater to boost the cell signal. And the nature of this building a hospital the construction of this build will have an effect on your service. There are even parts of a hospital where mobile phones etc aren't permitted as they can effect the equipment or even built in away to block radio wave from getting in or out. On the whole any network and their network coverage checker is just a guide, it may state excellent coverage inside and out but in the real world there's no signal or very limited.

This may not what you were expecting to hear and while in the hospital we all would like that outside link to the world at our conference, once again network's can't guarantee coverage inside builds.
