Why am I not receiving OTP from Sky? It’s driving me mad now! I’ve done everything it says in these community answers but still getting nowhere?!! Help please!

    Perhaps the issue isn’t with iD Mobile but Sky!

    No its 100% with ID mobile, I can see numerous other questions about this but cant see the solution
