Hi @Caroltriplefff,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your signal after returning from holiday.

We'd recommend manually selecting the iD Mobile network and then performing a network settings reset.

For iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection.
  • Turn Automatic off, then manually select iD Mobile (or the strongest available UK network if iD isn't listed).
  • Then go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  • Your phone will restart afterwards.

For Android:

  • Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators (this may vary slightly by device).
  • Turn Select Automatically off, then manually choose iD Mobile.
  • Then go to Settings > System (or General Management) > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  • Restart your phone once the reset is complete.

If you're still unable to get a signal after trying these steps, let us know the make and model of your phone and we'll be happy to help further.

Hi @Caroltriplefff,

Thanks for letting us know.

If you’re seeing an “unable to connect at this time” message when trying to add the plan, this can sometimes be caused by a temporary account or SIM provisioning issue.

To help resolve this, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They’ll be able to check your account and, if needed, arrange for a replacement SIM card to be issued, which often resolves connection and linking issues like this.

They’ll also be able to run further checks on your line to make sure everything is set up correctly.

Regards,
