My SIM has activated today after switching over from Vodafone. So far I've not really had any signal anywhere, none at home, none at work and only briefly commuting between the 2. My understanding was that ID Mobile used the 3 network, which is now Vodafone - Three and so expected my signal to be the same as I had. Being a self employed  tradesman I rely heavily on my phone. Have a missed something in assuming Vodafone three would only benefit the signal?

Is there a cooling off period in which I could potentially move back to Vodafone if need be?
