live chat is not working

For the past couple days i have been unable to get in contact with anyone from ID mobile since their only way of contact is live chat , which is stupid since it doesnt even work. I have no service for the past few days and their live chat doesnt even work , how can i get in contact with someone . Each time i try to live chat it says its connecting me to a agent then gives this messages 2 minutes later,‘I'm sorry. I'm not available to chat at this time.Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.’

I’m sorry you’re having to go through this. I completely understand how upsetting and stressful it must feel to have no service and no luck getting through to anyone. You absolutely deserve proper support and a working way to contact us.

ID Mobile’s Live Chat should be renamed to a Dead Chat. It keeps shoving live Chat survey instead of diverting to a Live Agent. How can I get a PROPER SUPPORT?
