losing data connection

I keep getting the ! symbol and then my data connection is lost. I have loads of data allowance.

Quite a few months. Phone is a Moto G63 5g.

No issue with calls via masts. WiFi calling is a disaster, has been since I joined PlusNet. Data when out and about no issues so long as no WiFi is available. If public WiFi is available then I get the ! icon and then can't connect to anything.

Can I please speak to someone re this issue. This messaging is awful. I need to get this sorted and not rely on this very slow exchange of messages.

Sorry, I find live chat almost useless. In most instances who, or whatever, is on the other end does not understand the issue. I would like to speak to a "real person"!
