Iphone 16e - sim only plan.

i often lose signal & have to turn airplane mode on and Off again. This is the case for calls as well. I think I need a new sim as I’ve had this one for years. I haven’t changed my number

This could well be the case, older SIMs can sometimes affect connectivity, so it's worth ruling out with a replacement.

You can either pick up a replacement SIM from your nearest Currys store, or we can arrange for one to be delivered to you within 2 working days, whichever's easier for you.

Your number will stay the same either way.
