Loss of signal - iPhone 17 Pro Max

Hi, I recently switched to ID Mobile and I get relatively consistent loss of signal throughout the day, I live in a city centre which is pretty built up and has many 5G towers and signal lines so not sure as to why this is ? Any help?

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear you’re experiencing signal drops after switching to iD Mobile.

 

Even in city centres with strong 5G coverage, signal can sometimes be affected by factors like building density (walls, glass, steel structures), network congestion at busy times, or how your device is connecting between different signal types (3G/4G/5G) as you move around.

 

A few things you can try that often help improve stability:

Turn Airplane Mode on and off to refresh the connection
Make sure 5G/4G is enabled in your network settings
Restart your phone
