Hi i am having problems making calls, i can receive calls not make calls , this happens sometimes not all the time .

    Thanks for your message. I know how annoying that can be, especially when it’s on and off.

    Let’s try a few quick things to stabilise your calls .
     

    Quick checks:

    • Turn Airplane Mode ON for 20–30 seconds, then OFF
    • Restart your phone
    • Make sure WiFi Calling is OFF (this can sometimes affect outgoing calls)
     

    Network refresh:

    • Go to Settings → Mobile Network → Network Selection
    • Set it to Automatic (or reselect iD Mobile)
     

    If it keeps happening:

    • Try Reset Network Settings
    • Check if it happens in certain locations or everywhere
     

    If it’s still the same after this, let us know.
