Sorry to hear you're having trouble sending messages.

As your outgoing calls are working, it sounds like the issue may be specific to your messaging service rather than your connection.

Could you let us know:

• What handset you're using (iPhone or Android)?
• Are you unable to send SMS, RCS/iMessages, or both?

In the meantime, we'd recommend:

• Resetting your network settings.
• Checking that your iD Mobile eSIM is set as the default SIM for messaging (if using Dual SIM).
• If you're using an iPhone, go to Settings > Apps > Messages and turn iMessage off, wait a minute, then turn it back on.
• If you're using Android with Google Messages, turn RCS Chats off, restart the phone, then turn RCS back on.

If you're still unable to send messages after trying the above, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further.
