Why my internet is not working

I am so sorry that you’re having trouble with your internet connection let’s get this sorted for you.

 

There are a few common reasons this can happen, so please try the following quick checks first:

Make sure mobile data is switched on in your phone settings
Check that airplane mode is off
Restart your phone
Confirm you have signal bars showing on your network
If you’re using an eSIM, ensure it is selected as your active line for data

Additionally, you may want to try the following steps:

For iPhone (iOS) – Reset Network Settings:
Go to Settings → General.
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
Confirm the reset when prompted.
Once complete, return to the home screen and restart your iPhone.

 

For Samsung – Reset Network Settings:
From the Home screen, swipe up to access Apps → Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Operators.
Turn Select Automatically on or off.
Alternatively:
Go to Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
Confirm by tapping Reset Settings.
