mobile data is not working in UK

My mobile data has stopped working. It started yesterday when I was working in castleford and data didn’t work driving all the way home to South wales. And is still not working today.
I’ve had this issue before and had to have a new SIM card sent out. I hope this isn’t the case again.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your mobile data again.

 

Before we look at replacing the SIM, we'd recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your phone.
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then back off.
  • Check that Mobile Data is enabled.
  • Ensure your network selection is set to Automatic.
  • Perform a Network Settings Reset.
