Mobile data is not working in France - not clear whether the cap has been reached or other issue.

 

how can I check whether cap reached?

I'm also in France with no data. I'm on the unlimited plan so I assume I can use more than 30gb.

Thanks for getting in touch and we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with mobile data while roaming in France.

 

As mentioned by ​@Delia Smith our roaming allowance is linked to your normal UK plan allowance, so how much data you have available will depend on what remaining allowance you have left on your account. You can check this by logging into the iD Mobile app or your online account, where your remaining data and usage should be displayed.

 

If your data isn’t working while abroad, please also make sure you are connected to one of our approved roaming partners in France:

  • Orange 
  • SFR 
  • Bouygues Telecom
  • Free Mobile

 

We’d recommend manually selecting each of these networks in your phone settings and then restarting your device once connected.

 

Also ensure:

  • Data Roaming is turned ON in both your settings and on your iD Mobile account features
  • Mobile Data is enabled
  • Airplane Mode is switched off
