We have 4 phones with ID mobile, all are saying mobile network is not available and we are unable to use them. The site is saying that the call and service status is normal. Is the Network down? Also, I can’t find a help line number to contact.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @jc0910

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Hi @Sabrinaluo sorry to hear this.

What phone are you using, have you tried a reboot? What is your post code please?

Hi @Andy Clarkson, @Sabrinaluo and @jc0910

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re seeing “mobile network not available” and unable to make or receive calls. I can only imagine how frustrating that must be, especially after being cut off on Live Chat.

To help you get connected again as quickly as possible, please try the steps below:

1. Restart your phone
Turn the device off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

2. Toggle Airplane Mode
Switch Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then turn it off again.

3. Reset Network Settings

For an iPhone:

"Go to Settings.
Tap Phone.
Tap My Number.
Use the delete button to remove the old number.
Use the keypad to enter the new number.
Tap Save.
1. Go to Settings
2. Messages
3. Turn off iMessage.
4. Go to General
5. Reset
6. Reset Network Settings.
7. Once the iPhone is open.
8. Go to Settings
9. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
10.This will recognize the new sim and have it verified."

For Android:

Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

4. Reinsert your SIM
Remove the SIM, gently clean it, and insert it back in securely.
