I do apologise, however Morocco is not included in our inclusive roaming destinations. This means you will need to purchase a Roaming Add-On (data only – calls and texts are not included) if you wish to use services while abroad.

To help you manage your usage and avoid unexpected charges, please ensure your spending cap is set to £0 before travelling.

How to set your spending cap to £0:
1. Log in to the iD Mobile App or your account online
2. Go to My Services
3. Select Manage my spending cap
4. Set your cap to £0 and save the changes

How to enable roaming on your device:
1. Go to your phone Settings
2. Tap Mobile Data / Connections
3. Select Mobile Network
4. Turn Data Roaming ON

How to enable roaming on your iD Mobile account:
1. Log in to the iD Mobile App
2. Go to My Services
3. Ensure that Roaming is switched ON

Roaming networks in Morocco:

While in Morocco, your device may connect to one of the following partner networks:

• Maroc Telecom
• Orange Morocco
• INWI

We recommend selecting a network manually if you experience any connectivity issues.
