    Hi @fhuntington,

I’m sorry to hear your mobile data isn’t working even though you’re showing a signal.

    Please try the following troubleshooting:

    1. Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
    2. Restart your phone.
    3. Make sure Mobile Data is switched on and Wi-Fi is switched off while testing.
    4. Check that you still have data remaining in your iD Mobile app or My Account.
    5. Try changing your network mode to 4G/LTE and test the connection again.
    6. Perform a network settings reset:
      • iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
      • Android: Settings > General Management/System > Reset > Reset Network Settings or Reset Mobile Network Settings.
    7. Once completed, restart your phone and test your mobile data again.

Please be aware that resetting your network settings may remove saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections.

If the issue continues after completing the above, please contact our Live Chat team so they can investigate further: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

I have this as well! There are a lot of reports on DownDetector with signal issues. I think it could be a widespread issue.

    Hi @Luna1428.

Thanks for flagging this, and sorry you're having signal issues. We're aware of the reports and appreciate your patience.

In the meantime, there are a couple of quick things that may help narrow down the cause:

Check our coverage checker for your specific area: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage.

Try removing and reinserting your SIM card

If possible, try your SIM in another phone. This will help determine whether the issue lies with the handset or the SIM itself.

Let us know how you get on.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
