My daughter never gets signal on her phone when she’s out and this has been the case consistently since we took out this sim. She’s lowering school so needs a reliable network. She needs to constantly hotspot to all her friends networks just to use her phone in the most basic way. It’s not good enough and this isn’t what we pay for

Before taking out a new contract ALWAYS check new provider’s NETWORK COVERAGE page by inserting your POSTCODE😅
