I woke up this morning to a message saying eSIM failed . I’ve tried turning my phone off but nothing is working

If your phone is showing that the eSIM has been cancelled and you have no mobile data, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They'll be able to check whether your eSIM is active and, if necessary, help get you back up and running.
