Have you tried a network settings reset on the iPhone?

Has it ever worked in the iPhone?

Is the iPhone unlocked to any network?

I don't know how to reset. If you can give me instructions will be grateful. Id sim card has never worked in the iPhone. Lebara was working without issues it probably means that iPhone not locked to network

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

For most Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

For Samsung; 

Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings

Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.

It didn't help. I have done reset and it's still not working.

When I ordered my Sim ID after I have got an email confirmation and it was written that my phone is on android. It is correct about phone I made order from but I ordered not for android I wanted it for iPhone.
