We’re sorry to hear that your mobile data has stopped working on your iPhone 13, especially as you currently do not have access to your own Wi-Fi connection. We completely understand how inconvenient this must be.

As calls are still working normally, this suggests the issue may specifically be related to the mobile data connection. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Restart the iPhone completely
• Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
• Ensure Mobile Data is enabled:
  • Settings > Mobile Data
  • Confirm “Mobile Data” is switched ON

Please also check:

• Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options
• Ensure:
  • Voice & Data is set to 4G or 5G Auto
  • Data Mode is set to Standard or Allow More Data on 5G

Try refreshing the network connection:

• Turn Mobile Data OFF and back ON again
• Remove and reinsert the SIM if using a physical SIM

Please also try:

1. Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection

• Turn Automatic OFF
• Wait for networks to load
• Select another available network briefly
• Then switch Automatic back ON

If the issue continues, please reset the network settings:

• Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone
• Reset
• Reset Network Settings

We would also recommend temporarily setting the handset to 4G only:

• Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data > 4G
