My mobile data wont work only works on wifi.ive tried the 6 steps and they don't work

Hi @Maca1995.

Thank you for sharing. I’m sorry that your mobile data still isn’t working after trying the steps. Please try a network reset as follows, as this can often clear the problem.

Android

Open Settings, then tap General management.
Tap Reset, then tap Reset network settings.

iPhone

Go to Settings, then Phone, then My Number.
Use the delete button to remove the old number, enter the new number using the keypad, and tap Save.
Go to Settings, then Messages, and turn off iMessage.
Go to Settings, then General, then Reset, and tap Reset Network Settings.
Once the iPhone has restarted, go to Settings, then Messages, and turn iMessage back on. This will recognise the new SIM and have it verified.
