Hello, 

 

I have my new handset up and running I submitted the pac code for my number to be changed across from today, I have received the message to say it has been successful and I have turned off the handset and restarted. but when I try and log into things which require a password that is sent to my number I am not receiving any messages they are stil going to my old phone. The text message says it could be settings that need changed but when I go on to the link it does not give me any of those details? Thanks
