my phone number and data haven't been working for the last two days. what's the best way to fix this I can't see anyone to contact on the app or logged into the community?

Hi @Alpha State,

I'm sorry to hear that your phone number and mobile data haven't been working for the last two days.

Could you please try the following:

Restart your phone.
Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
Check that your SIM or eSIM is enabled in your phone settings.
Ensure Mobile Data is switched on.
Make sure Network Selection is set to Automatic.

For iPhone

Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
Tap Reset.
Select Reset Network Settings.
Restart the phone.

For Android

Go to Settings > General Management (or System).
Tap Reset.
Select Reset Mobile Network Settings or Reset Network Settings.
Restart the phone.
