my service isbt working ?

Hi , I paid my bills but my service still is not restored - I can see I have the data available but I still can’t call anyone or text ??

    I'm sorry to hear that your service hasn't been fully restored yet after making a payment.

     

    If you can see your data allowance but are still unable to make calls or send texts, please try the following:

    • Restart your phone.
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
    • Check that your SIM or eSIM is active and enabled.
    • Ensure Network Selection is set to Automatic.
    • Try making a call with WiFi Calling turned off, if enabled.

    Reset Network Settings

    iPhone

    1. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
    2. Tap Reset.
    3. Select Reset Network Settings.

    Android

    1. Go to Settings > General Management (or System).
    2. Tap Reset.
    3. Select Reset Mobile Network Settings or Reset Network Settings.
