On assumption you’ve checked its mounted correctly; get a new one at any CURRY’s.

I'm sorry to hear that your SIM isn't working.

To help us identify the cause, could you please let us know what happens when you insert the SIM into your phone? For example, does it show "No SIM," "No Service," or "Emergency Calls Only"?

If you haven't already, please try restarting your phone and, if possible, test the SIM in another compatible handset. Also let us know if the issue started recently or after making any changes to your account or device.
