Hi @rs01,

I’m sorry to hear your phone is showing a No SIM message.

Before replacing the SIM, please try the following:

1. Restart your phone.
2. Switch Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
3. Remove the physical SIM, gently wipe it with a clean, dry cloth and reinsert it securely.
4. Check that your phone has the latest software update installed.
5. Perform a network settings reset:
   • iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
   • Android: Settings > General Management/System > Reset > Reset Network Settings or Reset Mobile Network Settings.
6. If possible, try your SIM in another unlocked handset to see whether it is detected.

Please note that resetting your network settings may remove saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections.

If your phone continues to show No SIM after trying the above, please contact our Live Chat team. They can check your account and assist with arranging a replacement physical SIM or eSIM, provided your handset supports eSIM.
