My son is on a France trip but isn't getting my messages

    Hi ​@NursePrac51,

     

    We're sorry to hear your son isn't receiving your messages while he's in France.

     

    Could you let us know whether everything else is working as expected? For example:

    • Is he able to make and receive calls?
    • Is mobile data working?

     

    If calls and data are working, we'd recommend asking him to:

    • Restart his phone.
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then back off.
    • Make sure he's connected to one of our supported roaming partners.
    • Check that your messages aren't being blocked or filtered.

     

    Once we know whether it's just text messages or if other services are affected too, we'll be able to advise you further.
