I
am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from iD Mobile. I rarely have proper reception, which means I often cannot make or receive calls. This has caused serious problems for me, including missing important doctor appointments because calls were not coming through.
I have never experienced such poor network coverage with any other provider. I am paying for a service that is not working reliably, and this situation has become very frustrating and unacceptable.
I would like this issue investigated urgently and would also like to know what options I have regarding cancelling or leaving my contract due to the ongoing lack of service.
