    Hi there @Aleksi8506

We are sorry to hear that you have been struggling with your network. Have you maybe tried doing a network reset?

Here are a few steps on how to do so:

    iphone:

    1.Open Settings ⚙️
Tap the Settings app on your home screen.

    2.Go to General
    Scroll down and tap General.

    3.Scroll to the Bottom
    Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.

    4.Choose Reset
Tap Reset (you’ll see several reset options).

    5.Tap “Reset Network Settings”

If prompted, enter your passcode or Screen Time passcode.

Tap Reset Network Settings again to confirm.

    6.Your iPhone will restart.

    Android:

    1.Open Settings
Tap the Settings app on your home screen or app drawer.

2.Go to System (or General management)

On Google Pixel / stock Android: Scroll down and tap System → Reset options.

On Samsung Galaxy phones: Tap General management → Reset.

On OnePlus / Xiaomi / other brands: Search for “Reset” in the Settings search bar.

    3.Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
(On Samsung, it’s called Reset network settings.)

    4.Confirm the Reset

Enter your PIN, password, or pattern if prompted.

    5.Tap Reset settings to confirm.

    Your phone will restart automatically.

    Thank you.
