Hi @Jayjay12345 ,

Thank you for your message, and I’m very sorry for the poor service you’ve been experiencing.

I can see that a fault has been reported in your area (IP18 6DN) and is currently being investigated. These repairs can sometimes take longer than expected, and we completely understand how frustrating this is.

In the meantime, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to see if it helps:

Restart your phone – turn it off and back on to refresh the network connection.

Toggle Airplane Mode – switch on Airplane Mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off.

Check network settings – ensure your phone is set to connect to 4G/3G/Automatic.

Reinsert your SIM – remove and reinsert your SIM to ensure it’s seated correctly.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried all of the above . The phone works fine elsewhere just not on the post code that I need it to despite the network coverage showing excellent 4g.

i can’t believe in this day network faults can persist for 2 weeks and counting.

Thank you for your reply. I only have an issue in the IP186DN and surrounding areas. I have another ID account on another phone and this too has the same no signal problem. It’s been 3 weeks and counting and the network issue is still waiting to be resolved. 3 know there is a fault in the area but have not addressed the issue. What kind of service is this ? I have been unable to use my phone as intended.
