    Hi @Tonvabrige

Thank you for reaching out, I am so sorry that you’re experiencing an issue with your coverage.

I’ve checked the coverage for postcode NN1 2NW. There are currently no reported issues with 4G services in the area. However, for 5G, there is an availability alarm that has been ongoing since 9 December 2025, which means we’ve identified an issue affecting the availability of 5G service in this location.

At this time, we’re unable to confirm when the issue will be resolved. In the meantime, we recommend connecting to 4G, as you should still be able to make calls, send texts, and use mobile data on the 4G network.

Thank you for providing us with the requested information @kd30, however kindly be advised that we require the full postcode for the area you’re experiencing this issue at in order for us to check the coverage.

If you’re still experiencing an issue with your coverage, kindly please try the following network reset steps:

    For iPhone:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Tap General
    3. Scroll down and select Transfer or Reset iPhone
    4. Tap Reset
    5. Choose Reset Network Settings
    6. Enter your passcode if prompted
    7. Confirm by tapping Reset Network Settings again

    For Android:

    1. Open Settings

    2. Tap System (or General Management on some devices)

    3. Select Reset options (or Reset / Backup & reset)

    4. Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth (sometimes shown as Network settings reset)

    5. Confirm by tapping Reset settings

    6. Enter your PIN/password if prompted

    7. Your phone will reset all network settings and restart

If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We’d be happy to assist you!

    Thanks,

    Anneline
