We have no phone service no calls Hertfordshire have data but no service for calls 5 phones that i know of happening now Saturday 3 oct 12.55

Hi @rogerrgm,

I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to make or receive calls.

Please try the following:

Restart your phone.
Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
If you’re using a physical SIM, remove it, gently wipe it with a clean, dry cloth and reinsert it securely.
Check that your handset software is up to date.
Turn Automatic Network Selection off, allow the available networks to load and select iD Mobile/Three UK manually. Once connected, switch Automatic selection back on.
Perform a network settings reset:
- iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Android: Settings > General Management/System > Reset > Reset Network Settings or Reset Mobile Network Settings.

Please note that a network reset may remove saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections.

That was Saturday and there was a network issue and all of our phones ceased to work making calls data worked but could not make calls lasted for 5 hours your system had ceased to work and you answers to the problem was totally useless same as your answer in this email

Suggest you get someone sensible checking this out
