network is terrible

I have increasingly noticed how terrible the network signal is becoming, I can't use my phone in certain places, I only have 1 bar at all times, and unless I am signed into wifi, I can't use my 4g or 5g even in big cities like Glasgow and Edinburgh! Just not good enough!
