I am so sick to death of this network! Every hour my reception drops completely. I'm paying for an unlimited SIM that doesn't and hasn't worked properly since I've had it, I feel robbed for my money! I have to keep taking it in and out of aeroplane mode for it to work. And even then it's becoming an issue. I've lost out on business opportunities and it's caused me distressed! Why am I still being Billed for something that has been faulty for so long! This will be the second or possibly third SiM replacement you guys have sent, which also led me to buy a second phone because of this issue! This issue is STILL not resolved! I want to be compensated as this is not up to trading standards! I left my previous operator to be with ID, I feel like it has been the biggest mistake ever. Help! This includes Mobile data AND Mobile Network issues.
