Network issues in BN45 area

I need to report an issue with my network coverage in my area. I have not been able to make or receive calls since yesterday morning- so it has now been well over 24 hours! When I’m away from my WiFi (whilst out walking my dogs) I have absolutely no signal for anything.  How can this be fixed?? 
I can’t talk to anyone from ID. Not sure what to do. Please help…

Please use the following link to check the coverage in your area: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage or try to reinsert your SIM, or try your SIM in another phone. This will determine whether the issue is with the handset or with the SIM card itself.

Kindly please also try doing a network reset to see if this helps to resolve the issue.

This is what the status checker is saying, it’s been saying this since yesterday morning but nothing it’s not been fixed. I’ve had no updates as to what the issue is or whether it is actually being dealt with. It’s been nearly 36 hours now. I had already tried everything you suggested, so it is not to do with my handset or sim. It seems to be a localised issue. 
I don’t know who else to contact regarding this?
