Network issues in BN45 area

I need to report an issue with my network coverage in my area. I have not been able to make or receive calls since yesterday morning- so it has now been well over 24 hours! When I’m away from my WiFi (whilst out walking my dogs) I have absolutely no signal for anything.  How can this be fixed??
I can’t talk to anyone from ID. Not sure what to do. Please help…

Why is no one from ID helping with this????
I need to be able to make & receive calls!! It’s ridiculous! I’m currently paying for a non existent service! It’s now been 34 hours since I have had any network!  Surely someone must be able to tell me what’s going on or whether it’s even being looked in to??

    Hi @EmmaLew

Thank you for contacting us, and we’re very sorry to hear about the network issues you’ve been experiencing.

We completely understand how frustrating and concerning it must be to be without service for over 24 hours, especially when you rely on your phone to make and receive calls. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

You can also check the coverage in your area using the following link:

Additionally, you may want to try the following steps:

For iPhone (iOS) – Reset Network Settings:
    Go to Settings → General.
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
    Confirm the reset when prompted.
Once complete, return to the home screen and restart your iPhone.

For Samsung – Reset Network Settings:
From the Home screen, swipe up to access Apps → Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Operators.
Turn Select Automatically on or off.
    Alternatively:
Go to Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
    Confirm by tapping Reset Settings.

    Thank you,
