I've just checked on the status checker for my area and its saying their some issues with the network however it doesn't say what and how long for. Would somebody be able to give me some more info please? Thanks.

    Hi @AdamJW93,

Thanks for reaching out! I’ve taken a look at the coverage for your postcode (S35 1PQ), and I can see there’s currently an availability alarm affecting the area. The good news is that it’s scheduled to be resolved by 9AM today, so service should return to normal after that.

If you’re still experiencing issues once that time has passed, it’s a good idea to try a quick network reset on your device. This can help your phone reconnect properly to the network.

    Here’s how to do it:

    For Android:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap General Management or System
    • Select Reset or Reset Options
    • Tap Reset Network Settings
    • Confirm the reset

    For iPhone:

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap General
    • Scroll down and select Transfer or Reset iPhone
    • Tap Reset
    • Choose Reset Network Settings and confirm

Just a heads-up, this will remove saved Wi-Fi passwords, so you’ll need to reconnect to Wi-Fi networks afterwards.

If things still aren’t working after trying this, feel free to pop back here and we’ll be happy to help further.

Network issues in the area have been an ongoing issue despite the coverage checker saying I should have good 4G coverage. I'm really considering changing networks as the coverage is so poor.
