Hi @Gary Richardson,

Thanks for getting in touch, and we’re sorry to hear this has been ongoing for so long.

We’ve checked the coverage for PE20 3QU and we’re currently unable to see any reported issues showing for the area at this time.

If you haven’t already, we’d recommend trying the following:

General checks

  • Restart the device
  • Toggle Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF
  • Test in another nearby location if possible
  • Remove and reinsert the SIM (if physical SIM)

iPhone

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap General
  • Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
  • Tap Reset
  • Select Reset Network Settings

Android

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap General Management (or System)
  • Tap Reset
  • Select Reset Network Settings

Please note this will remove saved WiFi and Bluetooth connections.

If the issue continues after completing the above, we’d recommend contacting our Live Chat team as they can look into whether a replacement SIM may be appropriate.

You can contact them here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Regards,
