There is network outage in swansea, the whole area. Postcodes SA1, SA2, SA6

 

no calls, texts, data. No 3G,4G,5G just SOS signal.

 

outage is in the 2nd day but network checker suggests strong signal

 

using iPhone 17 Pro

 

can anyone help please?

    This is an unexpected network outage that can occur at any time due to unforeseen system failures as a result of many different causes, including hardware or software malfunctions, operational issues, or even cyberattacks. By nature, customers are not usually informed prior to an unplanned outage because these events cannot always be predicted.
